Life whisks by in but a moment, and the wisest among us regularly celebrate the time we have. This beautiful summer day is filled with the warmth of the sun, and flowers blooming in reds, pinks and purples, golds and whites, some of them emitting a heavenly scent.
The sky is a bright blue, partially covered in creamy looking white clouds, reminiscent of whipped cream on top of an ice cream sundae. It's red cherry at its peak is the way nature makes one feel on this lovely and memorable day, in which it feels so good to be alive.

In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.
