On 10/24/06 I had a dream in which I moved from here into another dimension of life. This was such a vivid and unusual dream I immediately wrote it in my Day-Timer. Now it is recorded from my Day-Timer into my personal Journal. This vivid has stayed in my consciousness since it occurred. Here are the thoughts as written using parenthesis to clarify the thought from the version as originally written:
1) (The alternate world was) a world better than this (one) where people thought and functioned on a higher plain.
2) (It was) a world kinder, not one so driven by ego, (or) so brutal.
3) (It was a world) where people don't destroy one another over ego, race, ( and/or) nationalities.
4) (It was a world) not so power driven, not so cruel.
So why return here (to this world)? (Is it) to bring other souls across (from this world to that one)? There were no answers to my questions.
1) But the desire to return there (the better world, a place I had apparently been to) was strong.
2) I helped the passage (of) others from this one to that one.
When the passageway opened from this dimension to that - it was like a wind through a tunnel. An opening from here to there - (that) was normally sealed.
1) I assisted, reopened it for someone trying to return (to there).
2) I drove a (symbolic) piece of metal, a spike by pounding on it like a hammer hitting a rounded peg until it opened and (as I look across) I hear and I see and I feel the breeze. (It sounded like a rush of wind. The exhale of wind blown gently through one's lips.)
3) (This was) through a clear opening that would soon re-close.
(A message of the dream was) Don't fear the passage - it is to a better place. And that place is not open to all.
My thoughts on 8/11/12 are that through this dream, I had come to the edge of another dimension, one that is a better world than the one we occupy while in body. I also believe it is a fine line to move from here to there, but not one we can enter while still in body.

Note: On 11/29/07 I wrote to myself, "Make of this what you will."
Note: On 10/24/06 I had a telephone conversation with my friend Mary Ellen, perhaps about this dream. What I noted in my Day-Timer was she said, "So odd, wonder which Bible Jesus used. He used sandals, kindness and love and taught compassion, he did not need a book,"
In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.
