In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.

Let This Be The Day

"Let this be the day we are inspired and inspiring," I prayed fervently to God and the spiritual beings at about 5:45 am this morning.

In the morning darkness I prayed to be a conduit for inspired writings, something which has already begun, and to be a conduit for healing, something our world desperately needs.

This world also desperately needs more love, forgiveness and compassion and I hope we, the spiritual beings and I making this life's journey together, are an ever growing vehicle to serve that desperate need.

Through meditation and prayer and greater attentiveness, I've been seeking a higher awareness and awakening and it is my hope, a word I don't use lightly, that my prayers will be answered.

When expressed humbly and sincerely, I believe our prayers reach far into the universal energy that is our Creator, and to the hearts of spiritual beings that serve our Creator.

So much of life is a mystery, and within that mystery, I hope the spiritual beings and I can make a wonderful difference, one of service and of fulfillment as we touch the hearts of others.
