In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.

Extended Kiev Stay: My Response To Kyle

Dear Kyle,

You are doing everything possible to expedite this matter and the issue from Ms. Millman is one you will successfully work your way through, even during the Christmas and New Years holidays. But I well understand your frustrations.

If you, Diane and Keoni would like, your mother and I would be happy to join you in Kiev. With us, you will receive a little taste of home, as some of home comes to you. And like Frank and Marie Barone, we could be as close as living in or near your apartment building.

Please don't feel any pressure to say yes just because we are fun people and because we can find Kiev on a map. We just want you all to know if you need us we will be there.

Love,
Dad
