In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.

Greed Rears Its Ugly Head, An Apology To Harry Line

Good Morning Harry,
You are doing an excellent job in selecting a target market for us (Woodbridge), a market our family likes very much. And thank you for providing a list of short sale listings. I had forgotten that only a day or two earlier, I had not selected a market other than Irvine, Laguna Niguel and adjacent areas, a huge swath of homes. I hold you in very high esteem and respect deeply what you have accomplished in business and as a family man, the latter accomplishment being one of the most important things any of us can achieve.

I apologize for being unreasonable and curt and look forward to reviewing with you the Woodbridge homes you select for Anne and me to consider. Please have a wonderful day.
