In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.

Invaluable Knowledge From Wayne Dyer With Oprah Winfrey

On 3/25/12, on an Oprah Winfrey "Super Soul Sunday," TV show, best selling author and speaker Wayne Dyer offered some invaluable advice:

"I Am" - ("I Am" is the name of God)
(I Am) Happiness
(I Am) Health
(I Am) Love

And so on as one can select words that meaningfully express who God is to them, and uplift themselves in the process of absorbing these thoughts.

Dr. Dyer also spoke of preeminent ancient Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu who said:
"Your Original Nature;
Reverence for all of life
Gentleness
Kindness
Service To Others (Giving, offering your service)"
