In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.

I Am Thankful For This Wonderful Life

I am thankful for this wonderful life, and thankful for everyone who is a part of it.

To the best of my ability, I am striving to seek God in each person and to reach out to them as the brethren we all are to one another, for it is my hope to help make the lives of others a little better and to do so with no expectation of anything in return.

To succeed in making their lives a little better is its own reward. And nearly all of my charity contributions are made anonymously, for they come from the heart, with no desire for any credit from others.

I am thankful to have the resources and the opportunity to contribute, both of which were given to me by others here in spirit as a part of my destiny and personal growth.
