In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.

The Voice Spoke

At 5:50 this morning The Voice spoke within the deepest part of me regarding the things I've done in my life that I have come to regret saying, "It had to be to grow beyond it."

Self-forgiveness is hard for me but I have sought the forgiveness of others directly or in prayer and introspection, hoping to touch their hearts.

But I now understand why these acts were necessary and I hope to correct the harm they caused.

As for The Voice speaking to me, The Voice speaks to those who will listen. It doesn't speak only to those who are more important for no-one is more important than anyone else.

We are all brethren.
