As so often happens, I find it difficult to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. I believe this is from unresolved issues in my subconscious mind, which lead to restlessness until the body findly tires enough to set aside my issues.
A wise approach would be to deeply meditate prior to going to bed, and earlier to focus on resolving potential issues. Diet may also play a role as I often have a great deal of energy. In any case, if this is my biggest problem, I'm a very lucky man as I deal with a problem I suspect is very common among people.

In this Journal, I will attempt to strip away my protective veneer to view and communicate honestly what the truth is as I perceive it. My intent is to grow, for without an honest evaluation of the truth, how else can one fully absorb life's more difficult lessons and benefit by them. If I do this in secret, then I am still hiding behind a protective veneer, so it is being published online. If you find this Journal, you are welcome to read it and hopefully grow from it as well.
